Hi. I also did a factory reset and then there was nothing there. Everything that was to do with MaxiSys was gone. I they checked the System update and installed that. Even though it didn't highlight the download side. I clicked on it and all things started to return to normal. Then I went to the update page and installed all the vehicles that were available. Long Process but everything worked for me. I have never saved anything to my pc except vehicle info files that I wanted for later views. Enjoy
